Big big sunglasses
I go and get my newspaper.
(My lights are still not working)
Swaps the newspaper for my big stick.
Goes and turns on my other lights.
Flower Lorry parked opposite me on the double yellow lines. It decided to move after five minutes, took some leaves off the tree as it moved off. It turned around and parked further down the road. A few car drivers didn't see my big "STOP" sign and kept carrying on!
Finished in one piece.
Now to do my survey of the Recreation Ground.
Nice bit of drawing on the signs!
Do my survey and handed it in.
Now back home.
Coffee time.
Unloads the dishwasher and loads it up.
Time to play with my mate, Henry!
I had my work out!
More coffee.

As I have books 1 & 2.
Now I  have got book 3!
I get my big stick and off for a rabbit in the square.
I got a message that older son is coming out with tea.
He is bringing over Pizza for tea.
As I don't eat pizza, his brother and him can eat them.
Said goodbye to my friends and got on with the afternoon shift.
Those clouds looked like rain!
Still had cars stopping in the Keep Clear space.
My big stick goes BANG in the road.
At least I finished in one piece.
Now home I go.
Cup of brew is needed.
Older son comes over.
I puts the pizzas in the oven.
He tells me what he has being doing as a Councillor.

Making The Most Of Warm Monday!

My mouth is so dry they could shoot Lawrence of Arabia in it - Dyan Canon
Welcome back to the more missed Monday Feeling 🎈
Nice big stretch to start the non-working week for me 😢😲
Time to do the Heardles
Heardle 60s:
My son's answers were:
Breakfast Time with Brew.
Dressed.
Gives hubby a sloppy wet one before he goes off to work 😘
I also had lots to do.
Time to leave the house.
On the way to drop off son at work.
I picked up my newspaper.
Picked a order up from Wickes.
Dropped son off.
Paid a visit to B&Q
That would look good in our back garden!
I forgot to pick up my B&Q loyalty card!
Got my stuff.
Now onto Tool Station to pick up one more thing.
Then back home.
Now to put on the coffee machine.
Unloaded and loaded up dishwasher.
Watered the plants.
Now for that coffee!
The bees are enjoying my Lavender.
Now to vanish the garden bench.
I bought a small tin and run out after the first layer was applied.
Will get some more tomorrow.
I swept the path, and tidied up the garden.
I am painting the front of our house, and the tin was paint was going to be delivered by DPD.
I have had diverted elsewhere.
(As we know from experience, they won't deliver it here)
I had a early lunch.
One son had been on the campaign trail for someone who is trying to be a Worcestershire Country County.
Both he and son came back for a drink and chat.
I mentioned about our 16 year old boiler...
He asked "How did the funeral go of my late Father-in-law?"
"Great, being called a Twat, no one speaking to me, and a general atmosphere of hatred of me!"
One more social event to go, of seeing those awful family members and won't never have to see them ever again \o/
