It's finally here!
The Weekend 🎈
I still woke up early!
We enjoyed a nice cup of tea,
While listening to the "Sounds of the 60s"↓
We heard the sad news that Kenny Rogers had died aged 81 :(
He was one of my late dad's favourite C&W singers.
The Plumber was coming to plumb in our washing machine and dishwasher.
(They were dropped off last week by my younger brother, who said if he didn't do it, my prodical brother would dump them!)
I had to finish off my jobs from yesterday.
Off I go with some great music↓

Once I finished and got home.
The washing machine and dish washer was fitted in.The Plumber did say we had a leaky cold tap under the sink.Would the council charge us to repair that? Or would it come under wear and tear?
Quick light lunch↓
Now off to give my mum her flowers for tomorrow↓

 We said goodbye.
Once hubby had checked his car tyres pressure. We went past our nearby lake.
It was rammed!!!!
Off to get some top up shopping↓

 I am so glad I am tee-total↑
We popped in to get some eggs↓
We nipped into the Rough Hill Farm Shop↓
On the way home,
I nipped into see what was going on in my late dad's house..
Oh dear↓
 All the beds have gone.
Some wardrobes had gone into the skip.
I took 8 boxes of cup of soup, my Hammer House of Horror Film book and 2 packet of wipes.
I popped into see my neighbour when we got home.
I gave him 6 eggs.
He couldn't find no bread for the past 2 days.
We were nipping into Lidl and will pick some bread up for him.
 I nipped into Dunelm.
 Coffee shop closed.
I got my bits I wanted.
The Till Assistant said to me:
"You live in here," she said to me.
I replied, "I should appear in the Dunelm adverts!"
Lidl had actually some bread.I picked a loaf for my neighbour.
While we were waiting to pay for our shopping. The man in front could only have 4 bottles of beer, the other 20 bottles were put to one side!
When we were being served, I told the till assistant.
"That alcohol won't be here much longer. Everyone will be tee-total like me!".
He replied, "The alcohol be gone tomorrow!"
I said,"I will be turning vegetarian soon, after two week, I will grow a horn on my head, and be saying MOO!"
He and the people in queue laughed.
When we got home, I gave my neighbour his loaf of bread I bought him.
We had a lovely pasta meal in cheese sauce with a bit of fried seaweed thrown in for good measure↓
