Busy month ahead, breaking up for a 7 week Summer Holiday, Blackpool mini-break and the School Uniform Bank is open! 

1: Cards I made. 

2:I received a Thank You card.

I help collect ink cartridges for a special friend, who then gets money for them. The money goes to the charities in the village \o/

3:Welcome to the Summer!

Even better with a really short haircut↓

4:Breaking open the Booze!

5:Won a large raffle prize!

Picked up a Lloyd Loom ottoman and stool for nothing ;) 

7: Breaking up for the Summer Holidays

Lots of good wishes, waves, cards and presents on my last day of school.

8: I helped in the Community Library.

 I did my own bookmark in their bookmark event!

9:Mini-break to Blackpool

Leaves Redditch, it's 24c and warm.

The train we booked for Blackpool at 9am was cancelled.

We had to get the next one.

Gets off at Preston, wind blowing, rain and its 17c!

Finally gets to Blackpool and it's raining

Gets the tram to the hotel.

Lovely room :)

Time to explore Blackpool by tram.

The Ballroom dancing was so lovely.

Reminds to watch a good film when I get back home↓

Found a ideal tin for a our Men's Shed group in October↓

Gets to the train station, and our connecting train from Preston to Birmingham was cancelled.

We caught the train from Blackpool to Manchester Piccadilly Station, then onto another train to Birmingham. Then it got warm again.

I paid my respects to one of my cleaning bosses, that passed away last month, just short of his 70th Birthday.The funeral was packed.There was no room to sit in on the service, so I sat outside and listened to the service being put on speakers.

I was wearing a black with white daisy dress and a black hat.

One former employee took issue with me wearing it for some reason, kept starring up and down at me, twice!

It didn't help what she decided to wear, that half chewed cardigan at the back...

.I remembered a picture of two famous movie stars from years ago...

Got more minions and saw the Minion's movie. 

8: Fixing the net curtain

Since we had new windows fitted, the new net curtains is refusing to stop up! 

That barb wire looks like we live in a prison camp!

9:Hot weather

Plenty of factor 50 sun cream, and sitting in the shade when I can!
