Getting Them Out (Again!)

The eleventh commandment: thou shalt not be found out -
George Whyte- Melville
Welcome to my Storm Barra Tuesday 🌀
Nice warm hug.
Brew with breakfast.
Thermal vest added.
Dressed.
Out they come again
 Sexy lumo trousers.
As the Storm Barra is coming in today....
I give hubby a wet one 😘
On goes 2 winter hats, waterproof gloves and boots.
Puts on my lights.
Now let's go to work!
Oh dear, four cars had to do emergency brake!
The look I had when they had to stop.
The rain held off, however the wind was getting up.
At least I finished in one piece.
I got the newspaper on the way home.
I put on the coffee machine.
My son has finished the 1000 piece jigsaw he bought on Saturday.
It took him 24 hours to complete it \o/
Just got to get a picture frame for it now.
Coffee time.
Now to write the interesting blog post from yesterday all the way to lunch!
I was umming to whether to put those sexy yellow trousers back on for the afternoon shift.
I looked out the front door and it was coming down heavy!
On goes the sexy lumos yet again!
On goes 2 winter hats, waterproof gloves, and boots. I go and put on my lights.
I chat to one friend as the other friend has gone for a Christmas Meal with his sister.
10 minutes before I was due to start, the rain stops and the sun comes out!
I said goodbye to my friend and started my afternoon shift.
I have the normal ones on the otherside of the road, that can't understand they have to stop when my stick comes out!
One Amazon van decides to park on my side of the road, on double yellow lines, so it was making me harder to see cars up the road and the car drivers to see sticking out my stick.
There were 2 Amazon parcels left by a front door in view of everyone.
The owner returned before I finished and looked at the parcels left outside and wasn't happy!
The wind was getting up making it colder that it was.
At least I finished in one piece and dry!
Hometime.
Nice cup of tea is needed!
Then to chop up food for tea.
I gives hubby a sloppy wet 💋 when he came back.
Tea is served.
Lovely Veggie Option.
The 7th Advent Door is....↑
I looked in today's newspaper.
Harry Chapin  was an American singer-songwriter, philanthropist, and hunger activist best known for his folk rock and pop rock songs. He achieved worldwide success in the 1970s. Chapin, a Grammy Award-winning artist and Grammy Hall of Fame inductee, has sold over 16 million records worldwide.
Chapin recorded a total of 11 albums from 1972 until his death in 1981. All 14 singles that he released became hits on at least one national music chart.
As a dedicated humanitarian, Chapin fought to end world hunger. He was a key participant in the creation of the Presidential Commission on World Hunger in 1977. In 1987, Chapin was posthumously awarded the Congressional Gold Medal for his humanitarian work.
He would have been 79 years old 🎈
He sadly died aged 38 in 1981.
Greg Lake  was an English singer, songwriter, bassist, guitarist and record producer. He gained prominence as a founding member of the progressive rock bands King Crimson and Emerson, Lake & Palmer (ELP).
He died on 7 December 2016 in London, of pancreatic cancer, at the age of 69.
We carried on watching
"I am a Killer" on Netflix.
Intended Evil
After shooting his ex-girlfriend and her new lover, Charles Thompson is charged with manslaughter -- until his ex dies due to a hospital error.
Declared Competent
No one -- including David Lewis himself -- disputes that he committed murder. But Lewis's mental fitness remains in doubt despite his death sentence.
Family Affair
High on a drug that fuels his paranoia, Deandra Buchanan fatally shoots his aunt, stepfather and girlfriend -- a crime he claims he can't recall.
Sleep Tea time.
More rain and wind tomorrow...
Just in time for Hump of the Week 🐫

Doing The Limbo Dance!

A rich man is nothing but a poor man with money - W.C Fields
Welcome aboard to my Wobbly Work Wheel 🎡
Nice hug to start Monday with!
Brew with Breakfast.
Thermal vest goes on.
Dressed in a Christmas themed dress.
Gives hubby a slowly wet 💋
Boosters were being giving out in the hall.
I parked around the corner.
Swaps my Santa hat for 2 winter hats with a pair of gloves. I was umming about whether to put on my boots, as the rain was forecasted to come in at 10am.
I didn't bother with the boots.
I put on my lights.
Now let's go to work....
Half way through my shift, the rain came to visit!
A blue 20 plate Skoda went past me,
Was it the same one that mounted the kerb and drove around me a few months ago????
Still some parents are choosing to cross over the road further up from me instead of crossing with me. Once they drop the child at school, they cross with me!
It was still raining when I finished.
I changed coats and walked down the road to the Post Office.
There were two on the tills in the Post Office.
While I was waiting with steamed up glasses, the middle cashier said to the customer she was serving:
"I lost my dad four weeks ago and still suffering."
The customer said,"Sorry to hear about it."
Then it was my turn to be served.
She asked "If I had heard anything from the Death Row Prisoners I had wrote to?"
"Not yet, fingers crossed,"I replied.
Now back to the car in the rain.
I picked up the newspaper on the way home.
I put on the coffee machine.
Got changed.
Now to use and abuse the Abs machine.
I did about 55 ab crunches.
I had a good workout for 20 minutes.
Now out comes the Spinning Bike.
I did another 15 minutes workout.
Bike went back in the Dining room.
Coffee time.
I carried on watching two episodes of
I am a Killer on Netflix.
Killer in the Eyes of the Law:
Kenneth Foster's death sentence is commuted just hours before his execution, but he asserts that his punishment under an unusual Texas law is unfair.
Fritz Fryer was the  lead guitarist of the Four Pennies, (born David  Fryer in  Oldham, Lancashire)  He was a grandson of the noted pianist and teacher Herbert Fryer.
He would have been 77 years old 🎈
He sadly  died on 2 September 2007, in Lisbon, Portugal, from pancreatic cancer.
Roy  Orbison  was an American singer, songwriter, and musician known for his impassioned singing style, complex song structures, and dark, emotional ballads. His music was described by critics as operatic, earning him the nicknames "the Caruso of Rock" and "the Big O." Many of Orbison's songs conveyed vulnerability at a time when most male rock-and-roll performers chose to project defiant masculinity. He performed while standing motionless and wearing black clothes to match his dyed black hair and dark sunglasses, which he wore to counter his shyness and stage fright.
He sadly died on this day in 1988 aged 52

Sleep Tea Time
There is another storm coming in tomorrow.
Those sexy lumo trousers will be worn...
