Trying To Be A L-A-D-Y....

Where has the sun gone? 
Enjoyed a cuppa in bed 🛏 
I gave everyone a sloppy kiss 💋  before everyone left..
I might have to wear a new Superhero t-shirt..
 Enjoyed a nibble and coffee↓
I did some housework..
followed by
the 5 a day green soup.
The sun is trying to come out↓
 
 It's not that warm..
No big big sunglasses..
The road I normally take to work is closed.

Hans Christian Andersen: Was a Danish author. Although a prolific writer of plays, travelogues, novels, and poems, Andersen is best remembered for his fairy tales. Andersen's popularity is not limited to children: his stories express themes that transcend age and nationality.
Andersen's fairy tales, of which no fewer than 3381 works have been translated into more than 125 languages have become culturally embedded in the West's collective consciousness, readily accessible to children, but presenting lessons of virtue and resilience in the face of adversity for mature readers as well.He would be 214 years old.
(He died aged 70 in 1875)
Sir Alec Guinness : Was an English actor. After an early career on the stage, Guinness was featured in several of the Ealing Comedies, including The Ladykillers and Kind Hearts and Coronets in which he played nine different characters. He is also known for his six collaborations with David Lean: Herbert Pocket in Great Expectations (1946), Fagin in Oliver Twist (1948), Col. Nicholson in The Bridge on the River Kwai (1957, for which he won the Academy Award for Best Actor), Prince Faisal in Lawrence of Arabia (1962), General Yevgraf Zhivago in Doctor Zhivago (1965), and Professor Godbole in A Passage to India (1984). He is also known for his portrayal of Obi-Wan Kenobi in George Lucas's original Star Wars trilogy; for the original film, he was nominated for Best Supporting Actor at the 50th Academy Awards.He would been 105 years old.

Dame Penelope Keith: Is an English actress, active in all genres, including radio, stage, television and film and primarily known for her roles in the British sitcoms The Good Life and To the Manor Born. She succeeded Lord Olivier as president of the Actors' Benevolent Fund after his death in 1989, and was appointed Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire (DBE) in the 2014 New Year Honours for services to the arts and to charity.She is 79 years old.
 Susan Townsend:  Was an English writer and humorist whose work encompasses novels, plays and works of journalism. She was best known for creating the character Adrian Mole.She would have been 78 years old.
(She died aged 68 in 2014)
Edwin Starr (born Charles Edwin Hatcher) : Was an American singer and songwriter. Starr was famous for his Norman Whitfield-produced Motown singles of the 1970s, most notably the number one hit "War".
Starr was born in Tennessee and raised in Ohio, and later lived in Detroit while singing for Ric Tic and Motown Records.  Besides "War", Starr's songs "25 Miles" and "Stop the War Now" were also major successes in the 1960s. Starr's career shifted to the United Kingdom in the 1970s, where he continued to produce music, living there until his death.He died aged 61 in 2003.

The visitor said,"Surely not?"
I laugh and reply,"Surely yes."

Went outside to enjoy the sunshine..🕶
 Loaded up the dishwasher
Washing machine.
         Now to enjoy 5-day green soup↓       
 I already to leave the house,
However,
I couldn't lock the front door..
Too stiff for me!
Council repairs department was called.
20 minutes later..
New front door lock...
↓Bye bye to the old one↓
Now onto work

Ali MacGraw: Is an American actress, model, author, and animal rights activist.  She reached international fame in the 1970 film Love Story, for which she was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Actress and won the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in a Motion Picture – Drama. The Getaway (1972) and Convoy (1978) as well as the romantic sports drama Players (1979), the comedy Just Tell Me What You Want (1980), and the historical novel-based television miniseries The Winds of War (1983).She is 80 years old.
Ronnie Lane :Was an English musician, songwriter, and producer who is best known as the bass guitarist and founding member of two prominent English rock and roll bands: Small Faces (1965–69) and subsequently Faces (1969–73). With Small Faces he was nicknamed "Plonk". After their breakup, reorganisation and Lane's losing the band's frontman slot to Rod Stewart, he earned the nickname "Three-Piece".For his work in both Small Faces and Faces, Lane was inducted posthumously into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2012.
He would have been 73 years old.
(He died aged 51 in 1997) 
Alan Blakley:  Was a British guitarist and record producer, who was a member of the Tremeloes from its inception until January 1975, where he started writing for other bands. His credits include writing various hits for the Tremeloes and co-producing the UK No. 42 hit "She's Gonna Win", with Bilbo Baggins.He would have been 77 years old.
(He died aged 54 in 1996)
 Robin Scott :Is an English singer and founder of a music project he called M. His career encompasses four decades.In August 2017, Scott released his latest album Emotional DNA.He is 72 years old.
 Marvin Gaye (born Marvin Pentz Gay Jr.; Was an American singer, songwriter and record producer. Gaye helped to shape the sound of Motown in the 1960s, first as an in-house session player and later as a solo artist with a string of hits, including "Ain't That Peculiar", "How Sweet It Is (To Be Loved By You)" and "I Heard It Through the Grapevine", and duet recordings with Mary Wells, Kim Weston, Diana Ross and Tammi Terrell, later earning the titles "Prince of Motown" and "Prince of Soul".He died aged 44 in 1984.
Steven Bochco : Was a television producer and writer. He developed a number of television series, including Hill Street Blues, L.A. Law, Doogie Howser, M.D., and NYPD Blue.He died aged 74 in 2018.

 My oldest son made me a lovely meal,
involving chicken, breadcrumbs, tomatoes, with chilli.
 Lovely....\o/
Went off to clean some more..
