Rubbing The Pole

I have had better Thursdays in the past...

No sign of Larry either (That's pissing me off no end!)

Got dropped off in my summer coat,summer hat and big sunglasses for job in the morning.

Then it rains!!

Great....lets play getting soaked to my knickers  game!

The last few minutes of my shift ( I realised I have a stalker who likes to watch me playing with my lollipop until the end of my shift..Getting him excited by rubbing my stick up and down with my warm hand :P)

Borrowed an umbrella from my dad to walk home

Then it rains again!

Later on walked back to my dad's to reach for the sexy luminous coat.

I see I now own a invisible Lollipop stick.

Motorists couldn't see it high in the air,

No stopping for it...

Might have to add blue sparkling Xmas lights around it tomorrow...

Still no sign of Larry....

Where are you L-A-R-R-Y ?????

My Warm hands need YOU!!

Did lots of walking, housework, and sipping damned fine coffee...

Soaking up loads of Vitamin D....

The replacement Lollypop has a slight kink when its up in the air....

Just going to make sure the Lollipop doesn't break off!

 As I told my dad, I losing more chins than gaining them

Due to all this walking! 

Two down, five more to lose...

 

Falling At My Feet...

Due to a teacher's strike.

I had one son at home with me, the other son had to go in to school.(under protest)

Still without my Larry.

So off to town with son I go.

Seen old friends, ex-postmen, current postman, etc.

"You know a lot of people" said my son...

"I know ."I replied ;)

We walked 2.89 miles today...

Nearly finished the end of my afternoon shift,

When the bottom half of my stick came away ,and ended up at my feet, in the middle of the road!

The boy who I crossed over,asked:"Is that supposed to happen?"

I laughed, and said "No!"

The thread has been worn out!

Good job I have a spare Lollipop....

The Fun Of Having & Watching Cars...

Back on the Wobbly Work Wheel...

The sun was out, so out came the Big Sunglasses..

Washing on the line...

Larry is hopefully being fixed.

I was left another car to drive.

However the tax ended on June 1st

Car will be stopping on drive until Larry gets fixed.

More fun while waiting to start to work.

 One taxi packed awkward, one parent stopped in front of him and kept tooting him to move.

In the end, she went past him, and he drove out!

Plans For The Love Sausage...

No lie in.

No long play with the love sausage either this morning.

We went out for breakfast early

Comes back in Larry..

I get asked "How much do I want for it?"

"Let me get back to you on that!" I told him

As the sun was out.

Now to fight away through the Jungle of our front garden...

Hubby brought back some flowers for me after he went shopping...

Guess I will be playing with the love sausage later...

 

 

 

Trying To Cut Back The Jungle...

I enjoyed coffee, toast and chat in the morning..

Then the plan was to cut back the jungle of our front garden when we got back...

Then it started to rain....

sunshine...

then rain again 

The only person who was enjoying this mix of weathers was....

 Larry!

Welcome to the Friday Feeling...

Larry (my Freelander) has lost his voom voom,

So off to the garage he went to find out why he is so poorly...

Now will have to wait for it to get fixed.

Made friends with Henry the Hoover.

Got soaking wet via a unexpected rain storm during the afternoon shift

wearing my sunglasses,cap and summer coat :(

At least I had time to fit a tracker to Larry :)
