As she was leaving it was pouring down with rain.

She arrived with no coat.

She left wearing my blue rain mac.

(She looked better in it than me :))

I sent hubby to get some raffle tickets from Rob & Maggie who run a very worthwhile charity

I even gave them a bottle of wine for a future raffle.

Now to do some pancakes...

My kids already had some at my dads.

I could only manage one....

Pancake with butterscotch sauce, strawberries, cherries & pecan nuts

Cards & Presents ready.💓

Meal ready to be cooked tomorrow.💓

Dining Room ready...💓

Reaching For The Bottle Of Fizz

Woo Hoo it's the Friday Feeling time!

Nice big stretch after a tiny lie-in \o/

Time to get the boot out..

 Now for the some fresh air....deep breath!

 Off to have some physio on left shoulder!

Then collected our new radio

We tried to visit Waitrose

(No parking spaces :(

So back home we went) 

Had a nice Xmas present from Job 3↓

My Wilko order arrived too↓↓

 Now to reach for a bottle of Fizz

Getting Rewarded...

The rain was back,

Got soaked during the morning part of Job 1.

By dinnertime the sun was out \o/

I got a nice present from Job 2.

Jack got a lovely card & £10 voucher for helping out at Breakfast Club at school.

I meanwhile bought a funny Birthday card for someone's Birthday next month....

 Last day of work tomorrow for six weeks...

Better set the alarm clock for the last time...

Welcome to my Hump of The Week.

Where to start...

Firstly it's my older son's 21st Birthday.

Present and card will be collected on later in the week..

Had a enjoyable time at Webb's, coffee, chat and laughs..

Then for kick off....

It's still so hot and sweaty.

One parent refused to move off the Zig Zag lines after I told him twice!(the car on the left)

I felt like lamb being cooked in tin foil,
And that's wearing my summer coat!
To end the day on a high.
Another parent thanked me for keeping their children safe crossing the road...

  2 days to go and it's a six weeks school holidays!!!

 
 

Every Present Counts.....

Woo hoo.

We have 8 days left until Xmas Day is here.

Had a lovely present from one of the parents this morning from Job 1.

Nice to be appreciated ;)

Henry the Hoover had a new bag & air freshener inserted

Got as far as putting the marzipan on the Xmas cake.

Just put the mince pies in the oven,ready to to be baked.

The rain came and so did the darkness during the afternoon session of Job 1....

Final day at work tomorrow...

Then I have to master the Christmas Dinner with all the trimmings \o/

 

More Time To Play With The Gearstick!

Yes! Yes! Yes! It's Friday!

Last day of school for kids, last day of work for me.

I am making the most of this day,

By having coffee and cake at Webb's.

Not a Chocolate Teapot in sight ;P

Tale Of Two Presents....

Last day of work for two weeks.

I got a present from the school for being a Dinner Lady.

Previous years I got a pair of socks, and a bath bomb.

This year I got a candle...

I got a present from a parent for being a Lollypop Lady.Nothing from the school, not even a Happy Christmas!:(
