Ronnie  Lane  was an English musician, songwriter, and producer who is best known as the bass guitarist and founding member of two prominent English rock and roll bands: Small Faces (1965–69) and subsequently Faces (1969–73).He died aged 51 years old in 1997.
 Steve Priest  was a British bass player known as the lead and backing vocalist of the glam rock band The Sweet.He died aged 72 in 2020.
 Then to write yesterday's blog.

Touchy Tuesday

I had nice warm hug and cup of tea↓
 Had breakfast.
Got dressed.
Now for our daily walk↓
 Trolley waiting for a bus, at the bus stop↓
 Back home in the sunshine↓
  Hubby went back to work...

 Steve Winwood is an English singer, songwriter and musician.Winwood was a key member of The Spencer Davis Group, Traffic, Blind Faith and Go. He also had a successful solo career with hits including "While You See a Chance", "Valerie", "Back in the High Life Again" and two US Billboard Hot 100 number ones, "Higher Love" and "Roll with It" charting 20 years after the start of his recording career. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of Traffic in 2004.He is 72 years old 🎈
 Perry Como  was an American singer, actor and television personality. He died aged 88 in 2001.

Now to play with some lemons↓
 I made a retro Lemon Meringue Pie.
I used crushed biscuits as the base instead of pastry. 
I put it in the oven.
Light lunch time↓
 We did sit outside for five minutes.
The sun went in, and it got cold.
Back in the house we go.
I had a nasty headache come on.
So I had to try and sleep it off.
The Lemon Meringue turned out right:)
 We did Tea at 4pm.
 I did a nice evening meal involving
Linguine, onions,mushrooms and bacon bits.
 The dessert was going down↓
 Off to work I go↓
 
 With some great music to sing along with:
It was still light when I got home.
 All the lights came on in the garden↓
 
 We carried on watching season 5 of Hill Street Blues.
Tim Robbins popped up in the episode we were watching↓
 Hoping we will have a warm hump tomorrow and not a cold one!
