Now to get things done before we go food shopping.

 Tesco Express was open.
We queued for 5 minutes.
Someone selling an guitar over the road where we parked↑
 Off to get some meat for the month↓
 Next stop was Waitrose
 My scanner actually worked this week.
Lots of reduced items,

Cake items for the upcoming Birthday next month!
Finally to Lidl we go↓
 Ice cream time↓
 Unpacked the shopping.
Very light lunch which involved tomato, Plum chutney and crusty bread↓
 I got this week's Private Eye magazine↓
 Had a quick read of the newspapers.

 Burt Kwouk,  was an English actor, known for his role as Cato in the Pink Panther films. He made appearances in many television programmes, including a portrayal of Imperial Japanese Army Major Yamauchi in the British drama series Tenko and as Entwistle in Last of the Summer Wine.He died aged 85 in 2016.

Hello Sailor!

It was nice to have a lie-in....
Tea and hug time!
 Afterwards it was the big tidy up!
One son made friends with Henry and hoovered up and downstairs.
I meanwhile had to fill up the chest of drawers I moved in yesterday↓
Washing machine and tumble drier on.
Shopping list wrote out.
Early lunch↓
 Out for a little ride to Lidl↓
 At least they left the Shea Butter toilet roll for me↓
 We got to the till.
The till operator said to the amount to my husband.
"I forgot my pin number!" He said.
The mug light on my forehead was flashing by now!
 I had to pay for the shopping instead.
I go off to look in Dunelm to get the "Mug Light" from flashing anymore.
 I got some things in the sale↓↓
 "Hello Sailor" sign on my bathroom wall↓
 Back out↓
 No hand wash↓
  At least they had the concrete mix I use on my face!
&
Dentures toothpaste. 
Back to put all my work stuff back into Sexy Beast.
Washing machine and tumble drier still on.
We caught up on more telly from last week.

Trying Something Different!

I woke up too early for Sunday!
 Time for tea and nibble↓
  I had a hot shower.
Followed by breakfast.
Hubby appeared from his warm pit.
Just after 9am, my Birthday request was read out on the radio for next Saturday๐ŸŽˆ๐ŸŽˆ๐ŸŽˆ๐ŸŽˆ 
Washing machine and tumble drier were put on.
Only ran out of vinyl wrap for the sideboard my late mum gave me....
It might end up looking like this↓
(I should be so lucky!)
Off to do some shopping↓
 
 More nice paint in↓
 The Anti Snore pillow to put over the offending nose!!!↓
 Had to get a few bits from Morrisons↓
 Coffee and nibble↓
 Going to look into somewhere good↓
 Plenty of garlic↑
 Plenty of cake↑
The man behind the till couldn't believe I was English buying foreign food from Poland!
"We have meats from Poland,Hungary, Russia, & Romania, fresh in on Tuesday & Thursday!"

When I got back,

I got things ready for tomorrow.
All stuff for all of the jobs...
While tea was in the oven...
