So Many Doing Bad Parking Today!

I'm a minor player in my own life story - Tony Wilson
Welcome to my Hump of the Week 🐫
Warm hug to start Hump Day with.
Brew with breakfast.
It was still dark when I opened the curtains.
(But it remain dry I hope)
Dressed.
I gave hubby a sloppy wet πŸ’‹when I left.
I went the other way to work as due to the Traffic lights at the bottom of the road.
I had 4 layers on under my Summer Coat.
Now to turn on my lights...
Let the fun start....🍭
Two van decided to park on the double yellow lines opposite. Causing problems with the traffic and for me!
Plus cars were leaving it late using their brake pedal!
One flat bed lorry failed to stop and nearly hit the traffic lights in the back of his lorry as he went past!
"Boing!"
One lorry driver put his hand up as his went past me, while I had my stick up in the air!
At least I finished one piece!
No rabbiting either!
I nipped into Morrisons to get a few things...
Singing along with Michael McDonald while going around the aisles.
Some good Dvds....↓
&
A great Cd↓
Got my bits and bobs.
I picked up my neighbour's magazine and newspaper on the way home.
Oh dear, lorry over the drive yet again...
I parked over the road and refused to move!
The lorry driver moved so I could get on my drive.
He then parked opposite my drive...
So why couldn't do that in the first place!
I puts on my coffee machine.
I go round and give my neighbour his magazine and a bit of chat.
When I come back,
Coffee time!
Then I wrote yesterday's blog post up to lunch.
Light lunch
Then it was time for part two.
I took off one layer of clothing.
I put on  the Summer coat.
Put on my lights.
Then had a good rabbit with my two friends.
Then I had a disagreement with hubby via text message.....over laddergate from last night!
Then it was time to start the afternoon shift 🍭
Cars drivers were actually stopping for once!
(That's even lowering the stick down either!)
Finished in one piece.
Now back home.
Jacket potatoes were put in the oven.
Now to take out all my stress with my sewing machine!
Two more draught excluders made..
Hubby came home, said sorry for last night.
I gave him a big warm bearhug and a big sloppy wet πŸ’‹
The males of the family had beans on jacket potato.
I had salad on mine.
With a much needed brew!
While hubby and son went to the Storage Unit to collect more stuff to put in the loft.
I quickly looked in today's newspaper!

 &
Welcome to my Friday πŸ‘―
Brew with a warm hug.
Breakfast.
Hubby is still running a high temperature.
We are awaiting the results of Covid tests from yesterday for us to see our Doctors.
Gets the kids up to do their on-line lessons.
We lie in bed listening to the radio.
Hubby is still looking green .
I get dressed and I need to do something!
Empties the bins in the house.
Loads and puts on the dishwasher.
Cleans the top of the oven, microwave and cleans out the fridge.
Coffee time after that!
Off out for some fresh air and a little ride in
Sexy Beast.
I gets the newspaper.
Next stop to do a little bit of shopping.
Oh dear.....
There was only two till operators. So we all queued down the aisle, someone tried to push in to get served before us of all.
One old biddie told them to join the queue. She got the message. I had one old boy who didn't unstand the 2 meter rule. Once I loaded my things on the till belt, he was standing next to me!
Great!
I had the result of my Covid Test come through.
Negative!
Paid for my shopping and left the store.
Gets home.
Unpacks the shopping.
We both phone our doctors up to have telephone appointments.
Quick lunch.
 Guess the year time!
My Doctor phone me first.
He is putting in for a chest X-ray first.
As having a 6 week cough is rather worrying.
I did point out my hubby's late mum, had a long term cough, she kept going back to her Doctors from the September, in the December of the same year, she was told she had terminal lung cancer. She didn't smoke, but caught it from second hand smoke.
She passed away in the following April.
I mentioned I am tea-total for nearly 8 years.
He is also a tea-total for 3 years!
That broke the ice!
Just have to wait for the appointment for the chest x-ray.
Hubby's doctor phoned and it sounds like he has a very serious chest infection!
As we have snow forcasted over the weekend.
I decided to do
our shopping and next door's shopping today while the sun is out!
Grabs the shopping list and out the door we went.
A ex-boyfriend went past in a van and actually put his hand up!
He even waited up the top of road, when I reversed off my drive.
Off to Lidl's we went.
We finished before it got dark!
We got back before hubby!
(He was picking up his perscription!)
I got some great bargains from Lidl↓↓
After I put the shopping away.
Time to look in the today's newspaper.
