What's The Rush????

It is healthier to see the good points of others than to analyse our bad ones - Francoise Sagan
Welcome to my Thursday🎈
Those sexy lumo trousers are needed, as the rain is coming in.....
I was in need of a warm hug and a cup of tea↓
I gave everyone their sloppy 💋💋💋
I left the house in the lumo sexy trousers↓

Sexy lumos↓
 Today's tree shot↓
 It stopped dry until 8.45am..
Then the rain came back!
People weren't stopping, just putting their hand up when they went past!
I finished in one piece.
Back home↓

 Dishwasher goes on,
Tumble drier.
Now for early lunch↓
Back out before a lorry parks over our drive..
Singing to do↓
I  have a peek in the newspaper↓
Oliver Reed, English actor, (Oliver, Women In Love) would have been 82 years old 🎈
He died aged 61 in 1999
Peter Gabriel, English rock vocalist (Genesis) is 70 years old 🎈
Ralph Waite, American actor, director and political candidate (Cool Hand Luke, The Waltons), died aged 85 in 2014.
I look across the fields of fun↓

I had nice red face when I finished.
The clouds are lifting↓
More singing on the way home↓
The temperature is going up↗↗↗

 Quick gulp of coffee,
Back out....
Those dark clouds are hanging about↓
I had few car drivers who had no patience and carried on driving past my lolly stick while in the middle of the road!
I finished in one piece...just about!
Back home.
Having an argument over text with my younger brother over stripping my dad's house after only a week after my dad's death!
WHAT'S THE RUSH!!!
Got changed.
Now onto The Happy Place Of Work.
On the way out,
Someone was coming through the gate in a van while I walking through.
I stopped there,  and remained motionless.
The van had to stop.
(I get used to traffic trying to run me over, twice a day!)
 It is still light↓
Now for the meat free tea↓
Now to burn it off by working and singing↓
I gets back to jump into a hot shower.
Cup of sleep tea followed..
Friday Feeling 🎈 is back tomorrow

Shining On The Halo

Our feelings are our most genuine paths to knowledge
 - Audre Lorde
Welcome to my Wobbly Work Wheel 🎡
I gave a nice big stretch!
Now for cuddles and a cup of tea↓
I gave everyone their sloppy 💋💋💋
(I didn't hear anything from my younger brother, so my dad must still be here!)
 Time to leave the house↓

 It's getting warmer↗↗↗
Today's tree picture↓
The sun was shining its rays on me, while I was stood still waiting to cross people over.
One man, commented, "It looks like it's charging up your halo!"
I had a few failing to stop like normal!
At least I finished in one piece!
Gets back home...↓

I had a must needed coffee, while reading the Waitrose Food magazine↓
 I put the dishwasher on..
Then for a light lunch↓
I helped my neighbour with his shopping before I left.
Now for some great singing:
I have a peek in the newspaper↓
Dave Davies is an English singer, songwriter and guitarist. He is the lead guitarist and backing singer (occasionally singing lead) for English rock band the Kinks, which also features his elder brother Sir Ray Davies.
He is 73 years old🎈
Gwen Guthrie, American singer ("Ain't Nothin' Goin' on but the Rent"), died of cancer aged 48 years old in 1999.
A first look of the week at the fields of fun↓
I performed some great miracles again!
Plus a great red face!
Back on to the singing wheel↓
Back home↓
 Coffee and nibble↑
Back out to do the afternoon Lollipop shift.
Oh dear.
One car failed to stop, and went straight under my lollipop stick.
The car driver on the other side, rolled down his window, and said:
"You should stick that stick through his windscreen!"
I laughed, and replied,"Don't give me ideas!"
One Porsche driver was revving up his car behind me when I was crossing some parents over!
One van looked like it wasn't going to stop, until the very last minute....
I survived!
Back home to get changed.
Off to the Happy Place Of Work.
Nice red sky when I got finished↓

I makes my meat-free Stir Fry.

Yum Yum
Now to burn it off at the final job of the day.
While going past the Offices,
One office was open. The man was busy at work on the computer. I noticed the gold bell attached to the wall....
Does it get rung if they get a sale????
Now for some great music↓

 I gets back.
Jumps into a hot shower...
Afterwards, the plan is to catch up with the weekend newspapers in a very warm kingsize bed....
Zzzzzzzzz

In the Spring, at the end of the day, you should smell like dirt - Margaret Atwood.
Welcome to Saturday🎈
I was up before the alarm,
As I wanted to listen to "Sounds of the 60s".
We listened to it, in a warm bed with a cup of tea. Later on we had breakfast.
Nice ride out in Sexy Beast..

It's still not quite warm enough..
Time to use up my £15 voucher!

Need some food to burn off!
While hubby did my dad's shopping,
I did some potting of the plants↓
 Hubby came back...
