Got to chase up the sicknote..
Brew with warm hug.
Breakfast.
Dressed.
Hubby fetched my newspaper for me.
I gave him a big sloppy wet πŸ’‹ before he went to work.
One child is doing his school work on Microsoft Teams as his year has to work from for 2 weeks....
The other son has to go to school.....
He had a sloppy wet πŸ’‹ also.
Time for coffee!

  Jack Palance was an American actor of Ukrainian descent. Known for playing tough guys and villains, Palance was nominated for three Academy Awards, all for Best Actor in a Supporting Role, receiving nominations for his roles in Sudden Fear (1952) and Shane (1953), and winning the Oscar almost 40 years later for his role in City Slickers (1991).
He died on this day in 2006 aged 87.

I wrote yesterday's fun blog post.
I phoned the Doctors.My sick note was still there. They emailed it to me in the half an hour.
Then I emailed it to everyone who had to have it.....
Lunch time!
with some more Hell's Kitchen.
After l had lunch....
I needed to move on from facemasks...
Nearly took my finger off with the sharp Pizza Cutter (I call it!).
I am going brave my adding a lining to the inside of the bag.
Tea at 3. 
I got the lining sewn on the two main pieces for the bag....
Carry on with it tomorrow.
Only put a small amount of rice in the pan as if you don't.... I would feed a small European country!
There was added kick of Chilli.....
Onion and Mushroom Risotto. 
I still had some left over.
Hubby took it round for the next door neighbour, as he likes nice and spicy.
Back onto Hell's Kitchen.
Then to turn over to watch 
The Great British Bake Off.
With some Sleep Tea↓
Let's hope it's going to be a brighter Hump Day tomorrow 🐫

Going Back 30 Years...

Bruises appearing on my knee still...
Brew and hug time.
Breakfast.
Dressed.
I gave hubby a sloppy wet πŸ’‹ before he left for work.
I did the same to our kids before they left too.
I enjoyed a much needed coffee...
My Zoflora order arrived \o/
I wrote yesterday's blog post.
No post today..
(I am waiting on a pattern to make a large bag to hold fabric in)
I had some light lunch.
Now to make something with this↓
Out comes the sewing machine.
Had a minor break at 3pm for tea at 3.
Back to it....
Finally made something beside facemasks.
Dust cover for the sewing machine!
Now to catch up with Top of the Pops from 1990.
I actually bought the single and still have it.
I really liked it :)

I fast forwarded to the next episode of Top of The Pops.
(Another single I bought!)
They played out with a good song from Aerosmith.
The next two episodes are on this Friday \o/
Time to dish up the meat free Stir Fry.
Now to move onto Hell's Kitchen Season 4.
Hubby went to Morrison's to get some blue milk.
The eggs had all gone, and big packs of toilet rolls again.
Now to catch up with 
The Great British Bake Off...
This time last year I went to the Craft Show at the NEC. Producers from the show wanted me to sign up for The Great British Bake Off.
I said,"No way!".
 At the end of the episode tonight, they want people to sign up for series 12.
I said to hubby, "No way!".

Sandra Louise Anderson , professionally known as Sondra Locke, was an American actress and director. She made her film debut in 1968 in The Heart Is a Lonely Hunter, for which she was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress. She went on to star in such hit films as Willard, The Outlaw Josey Wales, The Gauntlet, Every Which Way but Loose, Bronco Billy, Any Which Way You Can and Sudden Impact. She worked often with Clint Eastwood, who was her companion for 14 years. She also directed four films, notably Impulse. Locke's autobiography, The Good, the Bad, and the Very Ugly: A Hollywood Journey, was published in 1997. She died on this day in 2018 aged 74 years old.

Kissing The Knee!

Another day to let the swelling go down around my knee...
A πŸ’‹ on my knee might have me feel better,
The swelling isn't go down much :(
Brew and Hug time.
Breakfast.
Dressed.
 My son went got my newspaper for me.

Early coffee time!

Tom Petty was an American singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, record producer, and actor. He was the lead vocalist and guitarist of Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, formed in 1976. He previously led the band Mudcrutch, and was also a member of the late 1980s supergroup the Traveling Wilburys.
He won have been 70 years old 🎈
He died aged 66 in 2017.

I phoned up my Doctors about the swelling of my knee.
Doctor will phone me back this afternoon. 
Early lunch time.
I finished the last 2 episodes of Godless on Netflix.
Tea at 3.
Time to watch a favourite film of last year!
 I put the tea in the oven.
4 Packets of noodles went in the saucepan.
The Doctor phoned.
Gave me some tablets for the swelling.
Got to keep off my foot this week.
Texted hubby to fetch the doctors from the Chemists.
He comes home to have a nice sloppy wet πŸ’‹ from me.
Food is ready.
Chicken with Green Pesto on Top with Noodles
Take the first tablet with it.
Hubby went down to my job again.
It flashed up on Sky News that Spencer Davis had passed away at the age of 81...
When hubby got back.
Time to watch Great British Bake Off.
With some Sleep Tea.
(Time to kiss the knee!)
Let's hope we have a half decent Hump Day tomorrow!
